Emergency and law enforcement services will remain available.
All City of San Luis offices and departments, with the exception of the public safety operations, will remain closed on Monday, January 19, 2015 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. All City offices will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.
Residents will be able to access the following services:
• Police Department, in case of an emergency please dial 9-1-1. For non-emergency situations you may contact them at (928) 341-2420.
• Fire Department, (928) 341-8550.
• For Public Works Department emergency situations (i.e., water and sewer service emergencies), please call the Police Department at (928) 341-2420.
Residential trash collection will change that week due to the holiday. Residents who normally have their trash picked up on Monday will have collection on Tuesday, January 20th. City residents, whose garbage pick-up dates are normally Tuesday, will have collection on Wednesday, January 21, 2015.
As a reminder, if you need to make a utility payment, you can pay online at www.xpressbillpay.com or at the drop box located outside City Hall’s lobby at the main entrance. Please remember checks or money orders only – no cash, please. All payments will be posted the following business day. If you have a utility emergency please contact the Police Department at (928) 341-2420.
