The purpose of the Neighborhood Meeting is to give you an opportunity to meet with city staff and project representatives to have your questions answered and express any issues or concerns that you have prior to any public hearing.
Rezoning Case No. 2019-0210 A request by the City of San Luis to rezone a portion of the city from Neighborhood Commercial (C-1) and Community Commercial (C-2) to Mixed Use (MU) Zoning District. The area proposed for rezoning consist of approximately 40-acres and it is located in the vicinity between Second Avenue and 4th Avenue and Urtuzuastegui Street and E Street, San Luis, Arizona.
