Under Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 9-463.05, notice is given that the City of San Luis will hold a Public Hearing before the Mayor and Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, on
Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at 7:00 P.M.
San Luis City Hall in the Council Chambers
1090 E. Union Street
San Luis, Arizona,
to consider potential changes to the development impact fees.
The public is on notice that City Council intends to assess a development fee.
At this Public Hearing, City Council will receive public comment (oral and written). The public is invited to attend and participate in the public hearing.
The proposed development impact fees are based on the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan adopted by City Council on July 24, 2019. These documents as well as the proposed development impact fees have been prepared in a report titled “Draft Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Development Fee Report” by TischlerBise dated December 19, 2018. The Land Use Assumptions are in Appendix C of this Report. The staff report and other information related to the matter will be available approximately Thursday, August 22, 2019, and posted with the City Council agenda on the City of San Luis website under “Agendas & Minutes” at https://www.sanluisaz.gov/agendas.
Copies of all of the Draft Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Development Fee Report including the Land Use Assumptions, can be inspected and copies obtained as a public record at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of San Luis, City of San Luis City Hall, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona. Prior to the hearing, anyone with questions about the topic of the hearing should contact the City of San Luis. Under Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 9-463.05, notice is given that the City of San Luis will hold an open meeting before the Mayor and Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., San Luis City Hall in the Council Chambers, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona, to approve and adopt or disapprove imposition of a development impact fee or amendment of a development impact fee.
