Under Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 9-463.05, notice is given that the City of San Luis will hold a Special Meeting on
Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at 6:00 P.M.
San Luis City Hall in the Council Chambers

San Luis, Arizona.
to consider updating the Development Impact Fees. The proposed updates have been prepared in a report titled “Land Use Assumptions, Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Development Fee Report” by TischlerBise, (which sometimes will be referred to as the “Report”). A.R.S. §9-463.05 requires these documents to revise the city’s development impact fees. The staff report and other information related to the matter will be available approximately Thursday, September 26, 2019, and posted with the City Council agenda on the City of San Luis website under “Agendas & Minutes” at https://www.sanluisaz.gov/agendas.
Copies of all of the foregoing document, including the “Land Use Assumptions, Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Development Fee Report” can be inspected and copies obtained as a public record at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of San Luis, City of San Luis City Hall, 1090 E. Union Street, San Luis, Arizona.
