The purpose of the Citizen Review Meeting is to give you an opportunity to meet with city staff and agents of the applicant to have your questions answered and express any issues or concerns that you have prior to any public hearing.
- Major General Plan Amendment Case No. 2019-0394 A request by Edais Engineering, Inc., on behalf of San Luis Port, LLC, owner, to amend the General Plan land use designation of 96.76 acres from Business to Neighborhood and 68 acres from Industrial to Neighborhood for the properties located at the Northeast corner of Avenue E & 24th Street San Luis, Arizona. The purpose of the land use change is to develop a future residential subdivision.
- Major General Plan Amendment Case No. 2019-0395 A request by Vega & Vega Engineering, Inc., on behalf of Sam Group INV CO LTD, owner, to amend the General Plan land use designation of 18.44 acres from Business to Neighborhood for the property located at the southeast corner of County 24th Street and Avenue E 1/2, San Luis, Arizona. The purpose of the land use change is to develop a future residential subdivision to be called Belleza del Desierto Subdivision Phase 2.
- Major General Plan Amendment Case No. 2019-0396 A request by Vega & Vega Engineering, Inc., on behalf Eddie Loo, David Loo and Elizabeth Carpenter, owners, to amend the General Plan land use designation of approximately 184.80 acres from Business to Neighborhood; 10-acres from Industrial to Business; 263-acres from Industrial to Neighborhood; and 35.23 from Business to Industrial for the properties located east of Avenue E between County 24th and County 25th San Luis, Arizona. The purpose of the land use change is to provide a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial zoning.
