San Luis, Arizona — City Administrator Tadeo A. De La Hoya has once again been reappointed to serve on the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials’ (NALEO) Executive Board of Directors as their National Secretary of the Board.

City Administrator De La Hoya has been an active member of NALEO for the last twelve (12) years representing the City of San Luis and the Gadsden Elementary School Board. He has served on the Executive Board of Directors since 2015, and as National Secretary of the Board since 2018.

“It is an honor to continue my role as Secretary of the NALEO Executive Board,” stated NALEO Board Member Tadeo A. De La Hoya. “It is a privilege to have the opportunity to work with every constituent and citizen to further NALEO’s mission to empower Latinos, engage them into important decisions and have them be part of the nation’s political process. I look forward to continuing my work with the community, the State of Arizona, and the nation as a whole.” He added.

“I am proud to see our City Administrator serving on the NALEO Executive Board of Directors bringing new resources to our community as a whole,” commented Mayor Gerardo Sanchez. “As part of the NALEO Board of Directors, Mr. De La Hoya has brought resources and insight into the census complete count efforts and national representation amongst the Latino Community,” he concluded.
