San Luis, Arizona – The City of San Luis is proud to share that it has been nationally recognized by LendEDU as one of the fastest-growing U.S. cities that is still affordable for renters.

LendEDU is an online marketplace offering an array of financial products. It helps people compare and learn about student loans, personal loans, mortgages, home equity loans, credit cards, insurance, small business loans, among other services. LendEDU strives to help consumers and business owners make educated decisions when it comes to financial products and strategies without having to do all the research on their own.

The study conducted by LendEDU analyzed nearly 30,000 American cities to determine which are the fastest-growing and most affordable for renters.

According to LendEDU the City of San Luis is projected to grow by 22.31% over the next five (5) years. The average monthly rent cost in San Luis is $743.00, this means the city is still very affordable despite its potential for growth. These figures ranked San Luis #39 in the entire country and #3 in the state of Arizona.

“It is an honor to have San Luis highly ranked in the state of Arizona and nationally,” stated Mayor Gerardo Sanchez. “We have been working hard to make sure our city continues to have affordable housing and is inviting for many families to stay and grow roots,” he added.
