[ARCHIVED] The Utilities Department is Going Green with Paperless Billing!

The City of San Luis is continuously looking for ways to make your utilities account more convenient. With that in mind, we are offering you paperless billing. Not only is this a fast and convenient way to receive your monthly bill, it will help us achieve our goal of going green.

Starting October 1, 2021, you will be receiving your utility statement electronically via XpressBillPay. (This will only apply to customers that have already created a user account with XpressBillPay).  

If you would like to continue receiving your utility statement by mail, please reply to the email sent directly to you regarding this matter, or stop by our office at City Hall, to opt out of our paperless program. If you are opting out, please notify us before September 30, 2021. 

If you are currently enrolled in paperless billing through XpressBillPay, please disregard this notice.
