The purpose of the Citizen Review Meeting is to give the adjacent landowners and other potentially affected citizens an opportunity to meet with city staff and agents of the applicant to have your questions answered and express any issues or concerns that you have prior to any public hearing. Members of the public may listen to the meeting’s live audio stream on the City of San Luis’ website https://sanluisaz.gov/listenlivepz.
1. Rezoning Case No. 2023-0144: A request by Tom DuBose of DuBose of DuBose Design Group, on behalf of Von Verde Development AZ LLC., to rezone 9.39 acres from Medium Density Residential (R1-6) to Medium High Density Residential (R-2). A portion of assessor’s parcel number 227-14-002, located south of County 24th Street between 24Th Avenue and Avenue D in San Luis, Arizona.
