The purpose of the Citizen Review Meeting is to give the adjacent landowners and other potentially affected citizens an opportunity to meet with city staff and agents of the applicant to have your questions answered and express any issues or concerns that you have prior to any public hearing. Members of the public may listen to the meeting’s live audio stream on the City of San Luis’ website https://sanluisaz.gov/listenlivepz.
1. Rezoning Case No. 2023-0144: A request by Edais Engineering Inc. on behalf of Riedel Holdings LLC to amend condition No. 2 as approved by Ordinance No. 400 on Medium-Density Residential (R1-6) zoning. The property is located between 6th Avenue and 8th Avenue, north of Bienestar Estates #5 and south of East Main Canal in San Luis, Arizona, Parcel No. 7776-09-003.
