Temporary detour scheduled for commercial truck traffic on Cesar Chavez Boulevard (SR 195)

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in coordination with the City of San Luis, advises commercial truck drivers to plan ahead for a temporary detour that will be in effect for approximately one month in San Luis.
The following restriction will be in place beginning Wednesday, June 10, through late July 2026:
Commercial truck traffic will not be permitted to make right or left turns from Cesar Chavez Boulevard (State Route 195) onto Avenue F or 10th Avenue.
DETOUR: Commercial truck traffic only will be directed to turn on either Avenue E or 8th Avenue. Signage will be provided in the area.
Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction and law enforcement personnel and equipment.
