Plan for temporary lane closures of Escondido Street in San Luis scheduled April 13-15
Drivers should plan to use a detour and allow extra travel time.
The Arizona Department of Transportation, in coordination with the City of San Luis, advises motorists to plan ahead for the temporary closure of Escondido Street at Cesar Chavez Boulevard in San Luis.
The following road closure will occur for the construction of underground storm drains:
North- and southbound Escondido Street intersecting at Cesar Chavez Boulevard will be closed from 5 a.m. Monday, April 13, to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 15.
Detour: Traffic will utilize Main and Beach Streets for entering and exiting residential areas. Local law enforcement will assist drivers accessing Main Street during heavy traffic hours.
