The City of San Luis is strengthening its commitment to animal welfare by expanding its Trap-Neuter-Return program, known as TNR, in part, thanks to funding provided by the Arizona Companion Animal Spay and Neuter Committee.

Through this program, identified stray and feral cats living in colonies will be humanely trapped, spayed or neutered, and, after recovery, returned to the same location where they were found.
