To establish a standard process for verifying that all vendors providing services to the City of San Luis (within city limits) must possess an active City of San Luis Business License, and a Vendor Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure Form before being added to the city’s financial system, ensuring compliance with city regulations and ethical standards.
